We hope you love your selections. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our items within 30 days from receipt of product or purchase from our store. Proof of your purchase is required for a refund.
Lilly and Grace does not accept returns for the following items: special orders, custom upholstery, custom cushions, floor model furniture, wallpaper, COM, final sale items, and any used items.
Returns are refunded in the form of original payment for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Shipping charges may apply. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
